YOGURT




Making yoghurt, which is consumed at every table and with every meal in Turkey;
Take your milk in a deep pot. Let it boil, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the stove and wait for the milk to cool. Check the temperature of the milk with your pinky finger.
Add yoghurt yeast or yoghurt and mix.
Cover it and wait 4-5 hours.
Enjoy your meal.
