SUTLIJA - RICE CAKE



Materials:

1. Rice

2. Water

3. Milk

4. Sugar

5. Cinnamon



Cook the rice in one liter of water and then drain the half-cooked rice. In pan put sugar with milk and heat until boiling, then mix with rice and cook for 30 minutes. Finished rice cake pour into bolws and cool in the fridge.
